“It was a truly enjoyable tour, starting early in the morning and returning with fond memories. Drinking coffee while admiring the view of Lake Sapanca was incredibly peaceful. Hiking through nature and seeing the waterfall in Maşukiye was incredibly beautiful. The entire day's organization went very smoothly, and I would definitely like to participate again.”

“The guide picked us up from our hotel at the appointed time. After picking up other guests from several hotels, we set off for Sapanca. During the journey, the guide provided information about the places we passed. We purchased the tour with the cable car included, but we also participated in other activities there. It was a fun trip. We dined at a restaurant by Lake Sapanca, and the food was delicious. After the tour, we returned to Istanbul and were dropped off back at our hotel. I highly recommend it.”

“None ! The service is simply a guided bus tour with a cheap lunch all the other activities fees are excluded. Too many activities squeezed within 12 hours which makes it more like an exhausting race. We visited beautiful places but we always felt being rushed to drive to the next activity. Would rather rent a car next time and do things at my own pace.”

“The tour does not accommodate English speaking guests, so the entire tour we never knew where we were headed or what we were doing. The lunch service was deplorable. The food was nasty, the food handlers were unsanitary. There was hair in the food and the servers took discarded bread from previous guests table to add to the incoming guests baskets. The tour description is misleading and does not align with the many money hustling activity parks we attended instead of a getaway tour from Istanbul's busy streets.”

“Unfortunately, the day of our tour ended up being quite cold and rainy, and as a result, we weren’t able to enjoy it nearly as much as we would had if the weather had been nice. Still, I enjoyed the day and what we saw, and it was worth the under $30 price. I read previous reviews, and frankly, they don’t sound like the tour I was on. A couple examples: unlike the tour guide praises I read, our tour guide was nice, but had absolutely nothing to say about the area, history, etc. And, the lunch was not the great buffet I’d read about, but rather a salad and…”

“Complete scam. We waited half an hour at the meeting point. The tour provider did not answer the phone. I was traveling with my elderly mother and we were waiting for a long time. when I requested a refund, They refused and told me that they came to pick us up after 2 hours from the agreed time.”

“The whole tour was a way to get money out of the tourists' pockets. Took us to various shops in order to shop and stopped the van there for ages so by the time we got to our first activity it was already half 3. Each activity was quite expensive and on the cable cars we were told by the guide it was 600 lira but on arriving there they changed it to 800. We were told its a 10 hour tour but it took us 15 hours in total and got to our hotel back at 11pm at night.”

“Attention arnaque à touriste. Pas de promenade autour du lac ou quoi que ce soit. On arrive à 17h au lac et le point de vue n'est pas top. Par contre toute la journée activité en supplément, on reste dans différents magasins pour les commissions du guide. On fait du quad pour supplement, Ou vous irez à une vitesse de maximum 5km/h... Navrant”
