She was helpful, & the tour was well organized . She showed us where the best spots for photos were , even taking pictures for us with our family members. “The guide Leyla was truly excellent, highly knowledgeable but delightful with it. We were picked up from our hotel and as this was a private tour it was tailor made to our specific requirements. I had a skiing accident recently and was walking with a stick and she ensured everything was manageable and we really got the best out of our day. The driver was great too negotiating the terrible Istanbul traffic and very attentive👍.Everything worked superbly. Highly recommended.”

“It was okay. The day we went for the tour was so chaotic due to protest going on. The bus company let us stay in the stop with all the huge crowd making me nervous. They should rerouted their tours knowing the event for the safety of their customers. Staying in the bus for 1.5 hrs wasn't great for what to expect to happen next. We finally left after 1.5 hrs rerouting the bus which should have been done earlier. Over all the tour went well after that.”

“Our guide was polite and appeared knowledgeable regarding Turkish history up front, but we were very disappointed with the use of our time during the Grand Bazaar tour. The tour was scheduled to begin at 9am and we were told to meet at 8:45am, but then we were informed (upon meeting) that the Bazaar would not be open until 9:30am, so we were not taken to the Grand Bazaar until closer to 10am.
