“Everything was as advertised. The guide was speaking good English and everything was on time. The palace is marvellous and interesting. Great view from the fourth courtyard to Bosporus. Many interesting small museums and collections. Expensive but worth seeing.”

“It was great to have tickets in hand to avoid the lines especially at the cisterns where the ticket line was very long and we went right in. The audible tour was great, a good amount of information at all 3 locations. Hagia Sophia was the first stop. It took me a bit to get the audio started but once I did it went well at all 3 locations.”

“Taking in consideration that most attractions in Istanbul are not cheap I can say that this combo ticket was a good deal. Meeting with the guide and entrance to Top Kapi was easy and straightforward without delays. We visited all attractions the same day. Fortunately we were able to see the basilica cistern. In case we decided to visit the next day we wouldn't be able to, as it would be closed for maintenance work for 2 days something the Authorities had notified timely. This should have been made known to app customers prior to buying the tickets. This ticket combo was a very good idea.”

The carpet shop owner and his team tried everything they could to forcing the tourists to buy their carpets. It was not a shopping tour and the tour leader wasted one hour of our tour time. It seemed to me the touring company is looking for its commissions from the carpet shop. “Tour guide very knowledgeable… we took the tour on a Sunday … no Grand Bazaar… on Sunday they take you to a high end mall 800 € leather coats …. The guide gave the group 40 minutes, however it was obvious that he was getting a kickback as he allowed people to stay over an hour to complete their shopping. I did not like this part”

“The day was incredibly hot and our guide was very thoughtful ensuring that we were in shade were possible when outside. The Harem rooms and bathrooms were very very impressive and the guides knowledge and language skills were superb also. We were shown all the important areas and the history associated with the rooms. I could use my imagination to be right back in time thanks to the detail the guide was providing it was that good. Well worth a visit, but ensure you have plenty water with you on a hot day as there isn't much time to stop and get some while o the tour.”
